With spring in the air, it’s time to think about getting out and being active!  We all know that physical activity and exercise will improve our health, but incorporating them into our daily lives can be difficult.  “I don’t have the time or energy.” “I don’t even know where to start.” “I’ve tried exercising and couldn’t keep it up…what’s the point in trying again.”  “I just can’t do it.” The symptoms of MS significantly add to these physical and mental barriers.

Exercising is a not an act, but a daily habit.  It’s not easy, but with the right resources, skills, and motivation, EVERYONE can make exercise a habit.  In this interactive webinar, a physical therapist will review how exercise can improve MS symptoms and overall wellness, while providing examples of a well-rounded exercise routine.  An occupational therapist will explore how utilizing adaptive equipment and modifying activities can enhance your quality life.   Both speakers will offer a multidisciplinary approach to “jumpstarting” your exercise habits and answer your questions in an interactive forum.
