This extra gentle mat yoga class incorporates breathing and mindfulness with seated and standing postures at a slow and welcoming pace for students of all levels.
New to yoga? No problem. Bring your corners, curves, and curiosities and be ready to be warmly welcomed into our community. Class is virtual and free and takes place on Zoom.
Who is this class for?
You! This class is for anyone who is interested in moving their body and being part of a growing community. Come as you are. We especially welcome healthcare workers and hospital staff.
Details:
Class takes place weekly on Thursdays at 6pm ET. Class is 45 minutes and includes a no-rush final relaxation (savasana). Zoom login info will become available upon registration.
