05/21/2017 PETA Animal Advocacy - Activist Workshop

PETA Activist Workshop

Most of us have pets.  Some of us have service animals or therapy animals.  They bring joy into our lives and sometimes even save our lives when we least expect it.

We are the voice for animals.  They cannot speak about their pain and suffering.  They can't ask for help like humans can.  We have to do all we can to help them.

If you have the time, PETA is offering this free workshop.

Join me and local PETA supporters for a motivational activist workshop—Animal Advocacy: Taking It to the Streets. Come and meet other activists who want to increase the effectiveness of their work for animals, hear from a variety of guest speakers, receive leaflets and stickers with animal-friendly messages, and work on developing your professional presence and increasing your comfort level while leafleting in public.
