In our busy lives, it is hard to prioritize and strategize exercising so we can feel our best and protect our physical abilities for the future. This becomes even more difficult with the challenges of MS. In this webinar, a renowned exercise physiologist and physical therapist will help participants and support partners understand how exercise can impact disease progression (including mood, cognition, and relationships); adapt physical activities as your symptoms fluctuate; and make a plan to use exercise to help manage MS symptoms and prevent other health conditions.
In this three-part Young Adult Webinar Series, participants (including support partners!) will learn about strategies and resources to face their unique set of personal and professional challenges. Through these practical, interactive online workshops, participants can take steps to being educated consumers and planners, discover new questions and answers to their concerns, and feel more connected and confident in their lives beyond MS, now and in the future. Topics will include planning for the future (including employment issues), exercise and physical activity, and communicating with important people in your life. Register once for the whole series!
