If you are just beginning the journey caring for a loved one, join us for some valuable information and insights. If you have been on this journey for some time, join us to offer you wisdom and perspective. These workshops are intended to be a forum for caregivers to be heard, seek and give advice and support one another. Workshops will include topics such as self-care, communication, dealing with pain, dealing with uncertainties and more. Topics are fluid and a function of the group needs at any particular time. We will provide pertinent information with ample time for Q&A and participant contribution.
