Learning strategies to communicate effectively and adapt when talking to healthcare providers, employers, co-workers, family members, spouses, and even romantic interests can help you advocate for yourself, take control of your lives, and maintain a strong, positive outlook on your future. This webinar will feature interactive exercises focused on helping participants and support partners prioritize questions and brain chatter; build adaptable, multi-dimensional communication skills; and manage internal and external factors that may impact communication.
In this three-part Young Adult Webinar Series, participants (including support partners!) will learn about strategies and resources to face their unique set of personal and professional challenges. Through these practical, interactive online workshops, participants can take steps to being educated consumers and planners, discover new questions and answers to their concerns, and feel more connected and confident in their lives beyond MS, now and in the future.
